Registered sex offender tried to kidnap a boy at Black Forest Hills Elementary School in Aurora last Friday. Aurora is a city in the state of Colorado. 

Solomon Galligan, 33, walked onto school property and approached several children on Friday afternoon and tried to grab a boy before leaving the area.

It wasn't immediately clear what prompted him to leave the school grounds before officers arrived. He was spotted and arrested right after.

Galligan has been charged with one count of attempted kidnapping and is being held in the Arapahoe County Jail on a $25,000 bond.

Based on his Facebook profile, Galligan also appears to be a transsexual.

The governor of Colorado just signed Tiaras Law which allows trans cr*minals to hide their cr*minal record. Solomon may now be able to hide his s*x offenses and cr*minal history.

NYPD Loses Another Officer To Gun Violence

Charges are pending Tuesday against the man who allegedly shot and killed a decorated police officer during a Queens traffic stop the prior evening, as New York City reels from its first slaying of an NYPD cop in two years.

The 34-year-old suspect, who has not been identified, was shot in the back amid the frenzy in Far Rockaway. He is expected to survive.

According to investigators, NYPD officer Jonathan Diller, a three-year member of the force assigned to the Community Response Team, was with another officer near Mott Avenue and Beach 19th Street when the two approached a vehicle illegally parked at a bus stop around 6 p.m. Monday. Two men were inside the vehicle.
