A 7-times convicted felon violently assaulted a reporter in Chicago as she sat in her car. The attack was so violent that it dislodged her salivary gland.
Why was he out on the streets??

There are so many stories of repeat offenders beating and killing the most vulnerable. Would it finally be necessary to make the most liberal of judges and their leniency pay for this? Why can't judges be responsible for the violence and death inflicted onto the public by people not kept in prisons across the United States?
